Everything you need to know about our supplements, ingredients, usage, and more.
General
Nutrifact is a USA-manufactured supplement brand committed to clean,
research-backed formulas without hormones, antibiotics, preservatives,
binders, yeast, sugar, artificial flavors, or sweeteners. All our products are
produced in GMP-compliant (Good Manufacturing Practice) facilities, ensuring
consistent potency and purity in every capsule.
We combine trusted, evidence-informed ingredients with transparent labeling
so you always know exactly what you're putting in your body.
Most of our products are vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free. All capsules
use hypromellose (a plant-based shell), not gelatin. Please check the
individual product page for specific certifications, as formulas may vary.
Note: Our Cortisol Support formula contains a soy-derived phosphatidylserine
ingredient — please check the label if you have a soy sensitivity.
Many customers do combine our products. Some pairings are particularly
complementary — for example, our Lion's Mane Brain Support in the
morning and Sleep Support in the evening. Both contain L-Theanine but at
different doses and for different purposes.
That said, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before
stacking multiple supplements, especially if you take prescription medications
or have an existing health condition.
This varies by product and individual. Some ingredients like L-Theanine and
Melatonin can be felt within a single dose, while others such as Lion's Mane,
Bacopa, and Ashwagandha typically build gradually. Most users report
meaningful differences after 4–8 weeks of consistent daily use.
Consistency matters more than timing. We recommend taking your
supplement at the same time each day to build a steady routine.
Our products are not certified organic. The one exception is the Lion's Mane
Mushroom used in our Brain Support Complex, which is organically sourced
as an ingredient. All other formulas use high-quality, non-GMO ingredients
manufactured in GMP-compliant facilities, but they do not carry an organic
certification.
Across all our products, the non-active ingredients are: Hypromellose (plant-
based capsule shell), Microcrystalline Cellulose (a natural filler derived
from plant fiber), Magnesium Stearate (a flow agent ensuring consistent
Lion's Mane Brain Support Complex
This 9-ingredient formula is designed to support mental clarity, focus,
mood, and cognitive performance. The hero ingredient — 1,000 mg of
Lion's Mane Mushroom per serving — is a well-researched nootropic that may
stimulate Nerve Growth Factor (NGF), a protein essential for brain cell health
and regeneration.
It's paired with a full stack of complementary cognitive ingredients including
Bacopa Monnieri, Phosphatidylserine (SunPS® from sunflower), Ginkgo Biloba
Leaf, L-Theanine, Vitamin B6 & B12, and BioPerine® for enhanced absorption.
BioPerine® is a patented black pepper fruit extract standardized to 95%
piperine, a trademark of Sabinsa Corporation. It is included specifically to
enhance bioavailability — research suggests piperine can significantly
increase the absorption of other nutrients and botanical extracts, making the
whole formula more effective.
We recommend taking it in the morning or early afternoon with a meal
and a glass of water. While Lion's Mane is not a stimulant, some users find it
energizing. A small subset of people report that evening use can make it
slightly harder to fall asleep — especially when starting out.
If you're using both our Brain Support Complex and Sleep Support, a simple
routine is: Brain Support in the morning, Sleep Support 1 hour before bed.
The full 2-capsule serving delivers the doses reflected on the Supplement
Facts label. If you're new to nootropics or have a sensitive system, you may
start with 1 capsule and work up. However, the formula is optimized for the
full 2-capsule serving to achieve the intended ingredient levels. Do not
exceed 2 capsules per day.
B vitamins — particularly B6 (as Pyridoxine HCl) and B12 (as
Methylcobalamin, the most bioavailable form) — play a direct role in
neurological function, neurotransmitter synthesis, and energy metabolism.
Their inclusion is deliberate and common in premium nootropic formulas, and
they complement the cognitive benefits of Lion's Mane and the rest of the
stack.
Methylcobalamin B12 is water-soluble; excess is excreted by the body rather
than stored. If you have concerns, consult your healthcare provider.
Sleep Support Complex
The formula takes a 9-in-1 multi-angle approach to sleep. Melatonin (5 mg)
helps signal to your body that it's time to sleep by supporting your natural
circadian rhythm. L-Theanine (220 mg) promotes a calm, relaxed mental
state. GABA (150 mg) supports the nervous system's ability to wind down.
The herbal sleep blend combines Chamomile, Valerian Root, and Hops
Flower — all traditionally used for relaxation and restful sleep.
Ashwagandha adds adaptogenic stress support, while Magnesium (as both
Citrate and Glycinate, 65 mg total) rounds out the formula with support for
muscle relaxation.
Take 1 capsule daily as part of your bedtime routine, with a full glass of
water. This gives the ingredients — especially melatonin — time to take effect
before you intend to fall asleep. Each bottle contains 60 capsules, providing a
convenient 2-month supply at 1 capsule per day.
5 mg is a common supplemental dose. Some people are sensitive to
melatonin, so if you experience morning grogginess, try taking the capsule
slightly earlier in the evening (e.g. 90 minutes before sleep). The rest of the
formula — particularly L-Theanine and the herbal blend — is designed to
promote calm without heavy sedation, which helps reduce that groggy-
morning feeling.
If you're melatonin-sensitive, consult your healthcare provider about the right
dose for you.
The herbal and amino acid components (L-Theanine, GABA, Ashwagandha,
Chamomile, Valerian Root) are generally well-suited for regular use. For
melatonin specifically, many experts recommend using it as needed rather
than as a permanent nightly habit to avoid disrupting your body's natural
melatonin production over time. We recommend checking with your doctor
for personalized guidance on long-term melatonin use.
Ceylon Cinnamon
Most grocery-store cinnamon is Cassia cinnamon, which contains relatively
high levels of coumarin — a compound that can be harmful to the liver in
large amounts. Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), often called "true
cinnamon," contains significantly lower coumarin levels, making it safer for
daily supplemental use.
Our formula uses a 20:1 Ceylon Cinnamon Bark Extract, meaning 500 mg
of extract is equivalent to 10,000 mg of raw Ceylon cinnamon powder. This
concentrated form is what you see represented as "10,000 MG" on the label.
Cinnamon has been studied for its potential to support healthy blood sugar
levels already within normal range. Its bioactive compounds may help cells
respond to insulin more efficiently. It's often taken with meals by people
looking to support metabolic health as part of an overall healthy diet and
lifestyle.
Note: Ceylon Cinnamon is not a substitute for medication in managing blood
sugar conditions. Consult your physician if you are diabetic or pre-diabetic.
Yes. Taking it with or shortly before a meal is the most common and effective
approach, especially for those using it to support glucose metabolism. 1
capsule per day is the standard serving. Do not exceed the suggested serving
without guidance from your healthcare professional.
Moringa with Vitamin C & Zinc
This is our all-in-one energy, immunity, and wellness formula. Moringa
Leaf 10:1 Extract (400 mg) provides a highly concentrated source of
antioxidants, vitamins, and amino acids. Vitamin C (50 mg, 56% DV) and Zinc
Picolinate (15 mg, 136% DV) are added specifically for immune support. L-
Lysine supports protein synthesis and collagen production, while Ginger Root aids digestion and adds anti-inflammatory support. BioPerine® enhances
absorption of the full stack.
Zinc Picolinate (the form we use) is one of the most bioavailable forms of zinc,
but not all consumed zinc is absorbed. A slightly higher dose helps ensure
adequate absorption. The tolerable upper intake level for zinc set by health
authorities is 40 mg/day for adults — our 15 mg per capsule is well within
safe range. Long-term high zinc supplementation can interfere with copper
absorption, so we recommend not exceeding the suggested serving.
Yes, Moringa has a long history of traditional daily use and is generally well-
tolerated. As with all supplements, it's best avoided during pregnancy without
medical supervision, as some evidence suggests certain Moringa preparations
may affect uterine contractions at very high doses. If pregnant or nursing,
please consult your doctor first.
Cortisol Support
This 10-in-1 formula is designed to support your body's stress response,
relaxation, and cognitive health. The Cortisol Resistance Blend (800
mg) centers on Ashwagandha Root and Holy Basil — two well-studied
adaptogens that help the body adapt to stress and support healthy cortisol
levels. The Herbal Calmness Blend (200 mg) adds Rhodiola, Chamomile,
and Magnolia Bark for additional calming support. L-Theanine (200 mg) and
Phosphatidylserine (50 mg, from soy) round out the formula for cognitive
steadiness under stress, along with high-potency Vitamin B6 (34 mg) and
Vitamin B12 (240 mcg as Methylcobalamin) to replenish B vitamins depleted
by chronic stress.
Yes. The Phosphatidylserine in this product is sourced from soy bean
extract, and the product label clearly states it contains soy ingredients. If
you have a soy allergy or sensitivity, please avoid this product or consult your
doctor. Our Lion's Mane Brain Support Complex uses a sunflower-derived
Phosphatidylserine (SunPS®) as an alternative.
The formula includes 34 mg of Vitamin B6 (2,000% DV) and 240 mcg of
Methylcobalamin B12 (10,000% DV). These are deliberately included at
elevated levels because chronic stress depletes B vitamins — they are heavily
consumed in the production of stress hormones and neurotransmitters.
Replenishing them actively supports the nervous system's resilience.
Both are water-soluble; excess is excreted rather than stored. Very high doses
of B6 over extended periods can in rare cases cause nerve-related side
effects, so do not exceed the suggested serving of 2 capsules per day.
Both contain calming compounds (L-Theanine, Ashwagandha, Chamomile are
in both). Taking them together in the evening could amplify the relaxing effect
— for some people, this is desirable; for others, it may feel too sedating. We
suggest starting with one and introducing the second gradually. As always,
consult a healthcare professional for personalized guidance.
Safety, Quality & Storage
All Nutrifact products are manufactured in GMP-compliant facilities (Good
Manufacturing Practice) and CGMP-certified. Our Moringa formula is
additionally 3rd Party Certified for Purity & Potency. We are committed
to quality testing to ensure what's on the label matches what's in the capsule.
While our products are made from natural ingredients, some may interact
with medications. For example:
Ginkgo Biloba Leaf (Brain Support) may interact with blood thinners.
Melatonin may interact with sedatives or immunosuppressants.
Ashwagandha may interact with thyroid or sedative medications.
We always recommend consulting your doctor or pharmacist before starting
any new supplement, particularly if you take prescription medications or have
a diagnosed health condition.
We do not recommend taking our supplements during pregnancy or
breastfeeding without explicit clearance from your healthcare provider. Many
of the botanical extracts in our formulas have not been adequately studied in
pregnant or nursing populations.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of
children. Do not use if the outer seal is broken or missing — this is a tamper-
evident safety feature. There is no need to refrigerate our capsule products.
